Adolfo Gutierrez Arenas, familiar to Los Angeles audiences for his appearances with I PALPITI, performs solo, with orchestras and in chamber music festivals in Europe and the USA. A graduate of the Reina Sofia School under Frans Helmerson, he continued his studies with Lluis Claret and Bernard GreenÂhouse. 2002-2003 engagements included solo and chamber music concerts in France, Spain, Germany and USA. The most recent recording on “VERSO” Records features Barber and Rachmaninoff Sonatas, and Piazzolla’s Grand Tango. His live recordings in Los Angeles of Tchaikovsky’ Souvenir de Florence and Beethoven Trio are available on YAI label at the Virgin Megastore.
Daniel del Pino has performed on all five continents as a soloist, chamber musiÂcian and guest at festivals. He won special prizes in the Ciudad de Ferrol and Jose Iturbi competitions, the Parisot Prize and the Gruman Prize for outstanding pianist. With a Master’s degree in piano from Yale University, he is the youngest professor at the Toledo Conservatory in Spain.
